She explained everything to me without the fancy car dealership terminology and worked with me to find my perfect car. She was very friendly and personable!

I had the best experience purchasing a car today. I have been shopping online for a Honda Pilot and had my heart set on one that was no longer available. Bernard met me outside with a smile and a handshake. He found another Pilot that was newer with less miles and was comperable in price. I had to wait for my husband to finish anything and he was very understanding and did not pressure me at all. When I arrived back to the dealership Bernard was on his way home and had his colleague Aaron assist my husband and I. I absolutely loved working with Aaron, he took care of us and if I ever have to buy a new or used car again I will definitely be going to see Aaron and Bernard again!!!
